Flip City Gymnastics Club offers many competitive options for the advanced athlete. Our competitive program strives to provide high-quality gymnastics in a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment while supporting athletes in their physical, mental and social development.
Women’s Artistic Gymnastics
Woman’s Competitive Gymnastics is comprised of 4 events: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.
Athletes in this program typically train more than 6 hours per week and attend competitions throughout the year. Our program runs on a 12-month basis from September to August and includes summer training.

Men’s Artistic Gymnastics
Currently we are not offering a Men’s Competitive Program at this time.
Men’s Competitive Gymnastics is comprised of 6 events: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and High Bar.

Trampoline Gymnastics is comprised of four events: Individual Trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini trampoline and tumbling.
Athletes in this program can choose to compete in one or all events, training 4-8 hours per week.
