Flip City offers a wide variety of activities for everyone. From recreational and competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, to other great activities such as birthday parties and camps. Gymnastics is a great core sport that will help you excel at any other sport, which is why we strive to make it easily accessible to everyone in our community!
Here at Flip City our goal is that every person who participates in our programs will leave stronger, healthier & happier. All members must be insured through Gymnastics BC prior to taking part in any gymnastics classes or drop-in programs. We will place these charges on families accounts.

Our exciting active start classes are designed to develop a child’s motor skills and learning behaviors. Enjoy songs, games, circuits and activities that promote physical literacy and the foundation for amazing gymnastics skills to be developed as they grow.
Our recreational program is the perfect place for school aged children to enjoy exploring the sport of gymnastics and developing their fundamental movement skills. During their class children will enjoy movement games that will improve their fitness, flexibility, strength, agility and coordination. They will explore all gymnastics equipment, progressing through the CANGYM levels. Our recreational programs run year-round with enrolment accepted throughout the year.
Our Trampoline and Tumbling classes provide unique opportunities for boys and girls to participate in a specialized program focused on developing trampoline and tumbling skills. Athletes will learn how to properly bounce, land, twist, and spin, following the CANJUMP program. This class utilizes the large gymnastics trampolines, Fast Track (long trampoline), and the double mini trampoline (in to foam pit).
Woman’s Artistic Gymnastics is comprised of 4 events: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.
Athletes in this program typically train more than 6 hours per week and attend competitions throughout the year. Our program runs on a 12-month basis from September to August and includes summer training.

Welcome to our NEW yearlong Xcel program! This program is an “Invitation Only” program for which athletes must be recommended by a coach, or “assessed” to join. Bronze/Silver/Gold levels. This program falls under the Women’s Artistic Program.
If you would like more information about the Xcel program or would like to have your child assessed or recommended please call our office.
Trampoline Gymnastics is comprised of four events: Individual trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini trampoline and tumbling.
Athletes in this program can choose to compete in one or all events, training 4-19 hours per week.
