At Flip City Gymnastics, we offer an exciting and memorable birthday party experience for kids of all ages. With our fun-filled activities and dedicated staff, your child’s birthday celebration will be a hit! Parties are available for children aged 3+, but underage guests are still permitted to be on the floor as long as they are being directly supervised by a parent/guardian.

  Party Package Includes:

• 1 Hour in the gym:

  Enjoy a full hour of swinging, jumping, and playing in the gym! Beginning with some structured games to warm up and stretch, your guests will then have supervised free play our equipment including trampolines, foam pits, and more.

  Please note: Other athletes may be training in the facility during your party, but we’ll ensure your group has plenty of space to enjoy!

• 45 minutes in the Private/ Semi-Private Party Space:
  In the party space you can enjoy cake, snacks, and presents. Flip City provides the tables and chairs, parties can provide their own decorations, food, and tableware.

• 2 Friendly Staff Members:
  Our experienced staff will supervise all gym activities, ensuring safety while leading fun games and activities. You can relax knowing that your party is in good hands!

Private vs. semi-private parties:

• Private Party Room:

  Enjoy 1 hour of gym time, followed by your own private party space for cake, presents, and celebrating with your guests

• Semi-Private Party Room:

  Enjoy 1 hour of gym time, followed by a designated party area on one half of our viewing area. Your space will be separated by dividers, providing a dedicated area for cake, presents, and celebrating.

  Please note: Another party may be using the other side of the viewing area at the same time.

Pricing

• Non-Members: $325 (for up to 12 participating children, including the birthday child.)

• Members: $275 (for up to 12 participating children, including the birthday child.)

• Additional Children: $10 additional child, up to a maximum of 20 children total.

Payment Policy:

• Payment for the base package (12 participating children) is required at the time of booking

• Our Birthday Party Lead will confirm the final numbers and details via email the Monday before your party.

• Additional children will be charged the Monday after your party.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Parties cancelled 30 days of more prior to the party date will receive a full refund; after that bookings are non-refundable.

• Need to reschedule? We understand that life happens! With at least 10 days of notice we will work with you to find a new date.

Waivers Requirement:

All participants are required to complete a Gymnastics BC Waiver prior to the party.

• Waivers will be sent in a party follow-up email. Please ensure all participants receive the required waiver prior to the party.
