Recreational Classes

Parent and Tot | 18 Months to 3 Years ($79/Month)

Parent and Tot classes are introductory level classes for you and your little ones; where a parent or guardian participates alongside their toddler in gymnastic based activities throughout the gym. These classes are designed to introduce children aged 18-36 months to beginner movements and the equipment used in our gym, with the key principles of developing your children’s motor skills and shaping learning behaviors in a fun and engaging way. Our goals include promoting physical literacy, learning the importance of taking turns, playing in a group environment, familiarity in the gym, and igniting a love for gymnastics that can grow as they do. Please note: Our Parent and Tot programs are designed to gently introduce your child to the gymnastics environment, not to teach specific skills just yet. This class helps prepare them for the skills they’ll learn in A/S classes

Active Start | 3-5 Years ($104/Month)

Active Start 1 (A/S 1) is for children aged 3-4, and Active Start 2 (A/S 2) is for children aged 4-5 years.

Active Start classes are the first step in your little one’s independent gymnastics journey! Designed for children aged 3-5, classes focus on routine building, games and introduction to gymnastics foundational skills. Stations on the floor, bars, beams and trampolines are used to teach the kids their beginner skills, body positioning, landings, jumps and rolls while working on balance and body stability. Children enrolled in this class need to be comfortable coming onto the floor and engaging in activity independently without parent participation as parents are not permitted on the floor during these classes. Parents must be available for potty breaks by being present in our upstairs parent viewing area. *If your child requires extra class support or 1 on 1 coach interaction, please contact the office prior to signing up so that we can assist you in finding an appropriate class.

Bronze 1-3 | 5-12 Years ($132/Month)

Bronze 1 classes are great introductory levels for children new to gymnastics or the next step levels for those coming from Active Start classes. Classes are 70 minutes long and are best suited for kids 5-12 years old. Bronze introduces our class structure and teaches our young athletes their strong beginner foundation skills. The kids will learn the importance of body shaping, landings, jumps, swings and rolls before moving on to their harder skills in bronze 2 and 3. Introduction of progressions for handstand and cartwheel, confidence in balancing, skill endurance and beginner level strength training will be taught by using rotating circuits on the floor, beam, bar and trampoline surfaces. These will be partnered with games and challenges to keep the fun in our fundamental training.

Bronze 2 is a 70-minute class designed for athletes aged 5-12 who have completed Bronze 1 or been assessed for placement at this level. In this class, athletes will build on their existing skills, advancing handstands, cartwheels, and pullovers while focusing on endurance, body shaping, and consistency in performance. Training will take place through rotating circuits on the floor, beam, bar, and trampoline, paired with games and challenges to keep learning fun and engaging.
