Trial Classes
For children aged 18 months to 5 years: to book a trial class for a child that is 5 or younger, head to our customer portal and make an account. Next, find an available class at a time/day that works for your schedule. After you’ve found a class, register your child and add an enrollment note with the exact date you’d like the trial to take place. One day trials can take place at any time. You will be contacted after the trial takes place. If you’d like to continue with the enrollment, proceed through the customer portal. Your child will be automatically dropped from the class as soon as the trial period is over.
For children aged 5+: Trial classes are held twice monthly on the second and last Sunday. Trial classes are $20 per session and can be booked directly through our customer portal. After your child’s trial class takes place, you will be contacted by email with their recommended level. To proceed with enrollment you can request directly through our customer portal.
Recreational Classes
Gym tots | 18 Months to 2 Years ($79/Month)
(Formerly Parent and Tot)
Gym Tots is an introductory gymnastics class where children explore movement alongside a parent or caregiver. Designed for children from walking to age 2, this class introduces little ones to the gymnastics environment through songs, games, obstacle courses, and guided exploration.
Together, children and their caregivers will develop balance, coordination, body awareness, confidence, and fundamental movement skills while becoming familiar with gymnastics equipment including floor, bars, beam, and trampoline. Classes encourage curiosity, independence, social interaction, and a love of movement through fun, age-appropriate activities.
Gym Tots focuses on developing physical literacy and positive movement experiences while helping children build confidence in a safe and supportive environment. It also provides a wonderful foundation for independent preschool gymnastics classes as children grow.

A parent or caregiver must actively participate with their child throughout the class.
TERRIFIC THREES | 3 Years ($104/Month)
(Formerly A/S 1&2)
Terrific Threes is the first independent step in your child’s gymnastics journey. This class is designed for children who are ready to participate without a parent or caregiver on the gym floor while continuing to build confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Athletes will develop balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and fundamental movement skills through creative circuits, games, and gymnastics activities on floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline. Classes introduce basic gymnastics movements while encouraging listening skills, independence, confidence, and positive social interactions.
The focus at this age is on developing physical literacy, movement confidence, and a lifelong love of being active while preparing athletes for future progression through the Fundamentals program.

fearless fours | 4 Years ($104/Month)

Fearless Fours continues building the confidence and movement skills developed in Terrific Threes while introducing more challenging gymnastics activities in a fun and encouraging environment.
Athletes will continue developing balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and fundamental gymnastics movements through progressive circuits on floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline. Classes encourage independence, problem-solving, confidence, and quality movement while introducing age-appropriate skill progressions through games and creative activities.
This class continues to build physical literacy while preparing athletes for success in the Fundamentals program.

fantastic fives | 5 Years ($104/Month)

Fantastic Fives is designed for preschool athletes who are preparing to transition into the Fundamentals recreational program.
This class continues developing strong movement foundations while introducing more advanced gymnastics progressions appropriate for this age group. Athletes will build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence through progressive activities on floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline. Classes emphasize quality movement, safe skill development, and physical literacy while encouraging independence, perseverance, and a positive attitude toward learning.
Fantastic Fives helps athletes develop the confidence and movement competence needed for a successful transition into Fundamentals Level 1–2.

Fundamentals 1-2 | 5-12 Years ($132/Month
Fundamentals Level 1–2 is the perfect starting point for athletes who are new to gymnastics or are ready to progress from our preschool programs. This 70-minute class is designed for children ages 5–12 and introduces the essential movement patterns and foundational gymnastics skills that support long-term success in the sport.
Athletes will develop body awareness, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning safe landings, jumps, rolls, swings, supports, and introductory inversions. They will begin exploring foundational gymnastics skills through fun, progressive activities on floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline while participating in games and movement challenges that keep learning engaging.
The focus at this level is on building strong movement quality, confidence, and enjoyment while establishing the fundamental skills needed for future progression.
REQUIREMENTS
Children enrolled in this class should be comfortable participating independently without a parent or caregiver on the floor. Athletes should be able to follow coach instructions, remain with their group, and participate safely within a multi-child class environment.
Fundamentals 3-4 | 5-12 Years ($132/Month)
Fundamentals Level 3–4 (Formerly Bronze 2) is designed for athletes who have successfully completed Fundamentals Level 1–2 or have been assessed for placement into this level.
During this 70-minute class, athletes continue developing strong movement patterns while refining foundational gymnastics skills with increased control, consistency, and confidence. Athletes will build upon their handstands, cartwheels, supports, swings, balances, jumps, and introductory strength while developing greater body awareness and coordination.
Classes incorporate progressive stations across floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline, encouraging athletes to safely explore new skills while continuing to improve flexibility, strength, endurance, and overall physical literacy.
The emphasis at this level is on quality movement, skill refinement, and preparing athletes for more advanced gymnastics progressions.
REQUIREMENTS
Athletes should have successfully completed Fundamentals Level 1–2 or received a coach recommendation or assessment for placement.
Fundamentals 5-6 | 6-12 Years ($132/Month)
Fundamentals Level 5–6 (Formerly Bronze 3) is designed for athletes who have completed Fundamentals Level 3–4 or have demonstrated the required skills through an assessment.
This 70-minute class challenges athletes to combine previously learned skills into more complex movements while continuing to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Athletes will refine technique, improve consistency, and begin learning more advanced gymnastics progressions across floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline.
Classes continue to emphasize safe progressions, quality movement, and physical literacy while encouraging athletes to become increasingly independent and confident in their gymnastics abilities.
Fundamentals Level 5–6 prepares athletes for continued recreational advancement and provides an excellent foundation for future gymnastics pathways.

Fundamentals 7-12 | 8+ Years ($179/Month)
(Formerly Silver 1–2 & Gold 1–2)
Fundamentals Level 7–12 is designed for athletes who have developed a strong foundation in gymnastics and are ready to continue progressing through more advanced recreational skills. This 1-hour and 40-minute class is intended for athletes who have successfully completed Fundamentals Level 5–6 or have been assessed for placement.
Athletes will continue developing strength, flexibility, coordination, endurance, and body awareness while refining technique and progressing toward increasingly complex gymnastics skills. Classes include structured warm-ups, physical preparation, strength and conditioning, and progressive skill development across floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline.
As athletes progress through Levels 7–12, they will refine existing skills, combine skills into more advanced sequences, and improve precision, consistency, and confidence. Coaches provide individualized progressions and feedback, allowing athletes to advance at their own pace while continuing to challenge themselves in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
This level encourages athletes to become more independent learners while continuing to build strong movement quality and safe technique. Whether their goal is mastering new skills, staying active, or preparing for more advanced gymnastics opportunities, Fundamentals Level 7–12 provides an engaging pathway for continued growth and achievement.

Recreational Trampoline
Trampoline levels 1-9 | 5+ YEARS ($113/mONTH)
Trampoline Levels 1–4 (Formerly Beginner Trampoline) introduce athletes to the exciting sport of trampoline while building a strong foundation of movement skills and safe jumping techniques. This class is designed for athletes who are new to trampoline or are developing their introductory skills.
Athletes will develop body awareness, coordination, balance, strength, timing, and confidence while learning proper jumping technique, body positions, safe landings, and fundamental trampoline skills. Through progressive drills, games, and structured activities, athletes will begin exploring shapes, seat drops, front drops, back drops, and introductory combinations while developing strong movement quality and air awareness.
The focus at this level is on building confidence, physical literacy, and the foundational skills needed for future trampoline progression.
REQUIREMENTS
No previous trampoline experience is required unless otherwise specified.
Trampoline Levels 5–8 (Formerly Intermediate/Advanced Trampoline) are designed for athletes who have developed strong foundational trampoline skills and are ready to continue progressing through more advanced aerial movements and combinations.
Athletes will continue developing body awareness, air sense, coordination, strength, timing, and confidence while refining jumping technique and exploring increasingly complex trampoline skills. Classes include structured warm-ups, conditioning, progressive drills, and skill development that encourage athletes to safely connect skills into combinations and routines while advancing at their own pace.
As athletes progress through these levels, they will work toward more advanced skills and combination skills while continuing to emphasize quality movement, control, and safe technique.
REQUIREMENTS
Athletes should have successfully completed Trampoline Levels 1–4 or receive a recommendation through a coach assessment.
Trampoline Levels 9+ (Formerly Advanced Trampoline) are designed for experienced athletes who have mastered the foundational and intermediate stages of the trampoline pathway and are ready to refine advanced skills with increased precision, consistency, and confidence.
Classes focus on developing advanced body awareness, aerial control, strength, endurance, and technical execution through structured progressions, conditioning, and individualized coaching. Athletes will continue refining twisting and somersaulting skills, connecting skills into longer routines, and developing greater consistency while progressing safely according to their individual readiness.
This level provides athletes with opportunities to challenge themselves while continuing to build confidence, movement quality, and a lifelong enjoyment of trampoline.
REQUIREMENTS
Athletes should have successfully completed Trampoline Levels 5–8 or receive a recommendation through a coach assessment.
Recreational Tumbling
Tumbling levels 1-8 | 5+ YEARS ($113/mONTH)
Tumbling Levels 1–4 (Formerly Beginner Tumbling) introduce athletes to the fundamental skills and movement patterns that form the foundation of tumbling. This class is ideal for gymnasts, dancers, cheerleaders, and anyone interested in developing strength, confidence, and body control.
Athletes will develop balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and body awareness while learning proper tumbling technique through progressive drills on the floor and tumble track. Classes focus on foundational skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, and introductory tumbling combinations while emphasizing safe progressions and quality movement.
The focus at this level is on developing strong fundamentals and preparing athletes for more advanced tumbling skills.
Requirements
No previous tumbling experience is required unless otherwise specified.
Tumbling Levels 5–8 (Formerly Advanced Tumbling) are designed for athletes who have developed strong foundational tumbling skills and are ready to progress toward more advanced techniques and skill combinations.
Athletes will continue building strength, flexibility, coordination, power, and body awareness while refining tumbling technique through structured drills and progressive skill development. Classes focus on developing consistency, control, and confidence as athletes work toward skills such as walkovers, handsprings, front and back tumbling progressions, and connected tumbling passes.
This level emphasizes quality movement, safe progressions, and individualized coaching to help each athlete advance at a pace that matches their readiness.
REQUIREMENTS
Athletes should have successfully completed Tumbling Levels 1–4 or receive a recommendation through a coach assessment.
Ongoing Monthly Programs
Recreational programs are billed monthly, and include one class per week. Classes run year round and your child can be registered to start any time. We require a one-month withdrawal notice to be dropped at the end of the next month – tuition is required in full during drop period.
