Open Gym at flip city gymnastics
Looking to practice skills on your own time, try out the gym without committing to lessons, or just play around on the equipment? Our Drop-In Open Gym times are the perfect opportunity! Athletes can explore the gym and have fun in a safe and supervised environment. At our Pitt Meadows location we offer a few types of drop in sessions to suit all different ages and stages.
Preschool Open Gym (18 months to 5 years old)
- Wednesdays 9:15 AM – 10:15AM
- Thursdays 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM
- Fridays 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Open Gym (All Ages)
- Saturdays 2:15 PM – 3:30 PM
Open Gym (All Ages)
- Fridays 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Pricing
GymnasticsBC Insurance is required in order to participate in Open Gym. If you/your child is not a current GymBC insurance holder, you’ll need to purchase either GBC Casual Insurance, or GBC Recreational Insurance. A Casual Insurance Membership can be purchased through our customer portal and is valid for a total of 8 visits within one membership year (September to August). A Recreational Insurance Membership is valid for the entire membership year. For any clarification about GymnasticsBC Insurance, please visit their website here.
- Casual Insurance Membership – $17
- Recreational Insurance Membership – $45
- Single Visit (insurance membership required) – $10

OPEN GYM Punch Passes
Punch passes are a great way to save money on multiple visits!
- Casual Member 8 visit Punch Pass (insurance membership included) – $80
- New Recreational Member 10 visit punch pass (insurance membership included) – $125
- Current Recreational Member 10 visit punch pass (insurance membership required) – $90
- Family 12-Punch Pass (insurance membership included) – $145
Punch passes can be purchased through our pro shop linked below. To participate in drop in you’ll need to create an account and register the student who will be using the pass. Only the current recreational member pass is transferrable, the Casual Member pass and New Recreational Member pass can only be used by one participant. Family passes can be used by the entire family!
